Smith Printing & Innovations, Inc. will accept stockable returns within 15 days of receipt with a $25.00 restocking fee.
All imprinted items must be returned within the 15 days it was recieved to be eligible for a refund if Smith is responsible a credit will be offered. After 15 days store credit will be issued. Smith Printing will give a full credit
to non imprinted orders recieved within the specified guidelines above minus any restocking fees. After 15 day window has passed store credit will be issued up to 30 days. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancelled orders per item
